Your data is collected to provide you with an insurance policy to fit your
coverage needs for the time you are with our agency. Your personal information, like phone numbers and emails, are used only to communicate with your agent and the insurance company. Communication is key to making sure that all of your information is received and is as accurate as possible for the insurance carrier who is providing you coverage.

Your information is protected from unauthorized access and is under lock and key within our office, along with cyber password protection through our online filing system where any important information is held.
Data Sharing
Steele Insurance Group stores and uses your information with QQ Catalyst (filing system), RingCentral (for phone call and SMS messaging), and the insurance companies and underwriting offices to be able to provide you an insurance quote or policy.
Steele Insurance Group does not sell your personal information collected for communication, and any phone numbers collected to obtain SMS consent will not be disseminated to third parties or affiliated entities for marketing purposes.
User Rights
As a client of Steele Insurance Group, you have every right to know how your information is used and stored. You have full access to know what information we have on file, what you would like updated, and what you would like removed.
